1. Overview
This policy explains what information the Cozy Fishing team ("we") processes when providing the mobile game Cozy Fishing ("the app"), why, how long it is kept, and your rights. We comply with applicable laws in your region, including the Korean Personal Information Protection Act and the EU GDPR.
2. Information we do not collect
- Account and contact details — the app has no sign-up or login and does not ask for your name, email, phone number or contacts.
- Location, camera, microphone, photos — the app does not request these permissions.
- Game progress — your fish collection, coins, items, decorations and settings are saved on your device only and are never sent to our servers.
3. Information processed automatically
- Advertising (Google AdMob) — to show banner, interstitial and rewarded ads, Google and its ad partners may process your advertising ID, device type, approximate location (from IP address) and ad interaction events. Where required (e.g. EU/EEA, UK), we ask for your consent through Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP); you can change your choice in the app, and limit personalized ads or reset your advertising ID in your device settings. - Analytics (Google Firebase Analytics) — we use Firebase Analytics to learn which features are used and to improve the game. It may process app usage events (e.g. sessions, screens visited, fish caught, stages reached), device information (model, OS version, language, country), an app instance ID and, subject to your consent, the advertising ID. This data is not used to identify you personally. See the Firebase privacy information.
- Google Play services — installs, updates and in-app review prompts are handled by Google Play under Google's privacy policy.
4. Features planned for the future
We may later add features such as an anonymous account, cloud save, chat or in-app purchases. None of these are available today and we do not collect any information for them. Before any such feature launches, we will update this policy to describe exactly what is collected and why.
5. Retention
We do not store information that identifies you. Game data on your device is deleted when you uninstall the app. Analytics data is retained by Google according to Firebase's retention settings (up to 14 months).
6. Sharing and international transfer
We do not sell or share your information with third parties. Google and its advertising partners process information under their own policies as described above, and these services may operate outside your country (e.g. in the United States).
7. Children
The app is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required by law in your region, e.g. 14 in Korea), and we do not knowingly collect information from them. If you believe a child has provided information, please contact us and we will delete it.
8. Your rights and deletion requests
You can delete all game data at any time by uninstalling the app, and you can reset or delete your advertising ID and opt out of personalized ads in your device settings. To request deletion of analytics data associated with your device, or to exercise any other privacy right, email us at developerdoga@gmail.com with the subject "Cozy Fishing data deletion". We will respond without undue delay (within 30 days).
9. Changes
If this policy changes, we will post the updated version on this page with a new effective date.

- 분석(Google Firebase 애널리틱스) — 어떤 기능이 쓰이는지 파악해 게임을 개선하기 위해 Firebase 애널리틱스를 사용합니다. 앱 사용 이벤트(세션, 방문 화면, 낚은 물고기, 진행 단계 등), 기기 정보(모델, OS 버전, 언어, 국가), 앱 인스턴스 ID, 그리고 동의한 경우 광고 식별자를 처리할 수 있으며, 이 정보로 이용자 개인을 식별하지 않습니다. 자세한 내용은 Firebase 개인정보 안내를 참고하세요.
- Google Play 서비스 — 앱 설치·업데이트·인앱 평가 요청은 Google Play가 처리하며 Google의 개인정보처리방침이 적용됩니다.
4. 향후 도입 예정 기능
운영자는 추후 익명 계정, 클라우드 세이브, 채팅, 인앱 결제 등의 기능을 도입할 수 있습니다. 현재는 이 기능들이 제공되지 않으며 관련 정보를 전혀 수집하지 않습니다. 해당 기능을 도입하기 전에 수집 항목과 목적을 명시해 본 방침을 개정합니다.
5. 보관 기간
운영자는 이용자를 식별할 수 있는 정보를 저장하지 않습니다. 기기 내 게임 데이터는 앱을 삭제하면 함께 삭제됩니다. 분석 데이터는 Firebase 보관 설정에 따라 Google이 보관합니다(최대 14개월).
6. 제3자 제공·국외 이전
운영자는 이용자 정보를 판매하거나 제3자에게 제공하지 않습니다. 위에 설명한 대로 Google 및 광고 파트너가 각자의 방침에 따라 정보를 처리하며, 이 서비스들은 국외(미국 등)에서 운영될 수 있습니다.
7. 아동의 개인정보
앱은 만 13세 미만(또는 한국의 만 14세 미만 등 이용자 소재지 법령이 정한 연령 미만) 아동을 대상으로 하지 않으며, 아동의 정보를 의도적으로 수집하지 않습니다. 아동이 정보를 제공했다고 판단되면 연락 주시기 바랍니다. 지체 없이 삭제합니다.
8. 이용자의 권리와 삭제 요청
이용자는 언제든지 앱을 삭제해 모든 게임 데이터를 제거할 수 있고, 기기 설정에서 광고 식별자를 재설정·삭제하거나 맞춤 광고를 거부할 수 있습니다. 기기와 연관된 분석 데이터의 삭제 또는 기타 권리 행사를 원하시면 제목을 "힐링 낚시 데이터 삭제 요청"으로 하여 developerdoga@gmail.com으로 이메일을 보내 주세요. 지체 없이(30일 이내) 처리합니다.
