1. Agreement
These terms govern your use of the mobile game Cozy Fishing ("the app") provided by the Cozy Fishing team ("we"). By installing or using the app, you agree to these terms.
2. The service
The app is a relaxing fishing game. Game progress is stored on your device; if you uninstall the app or reset your device, your progress may be lost and cannot be restored by us.
3. Free use and ads
The app is free and shows ads (Google AdMob). Ads are provided by advertisers; we do not endorse the products or services advertised. Virtual coins and items have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money.
4. Acceptable use
You may not modify, reverse engineer, or tamper with the app, or use it in any unlawful way.
5. Intellectual property
All rights in the app, including its design, artwork, sounds, code and trademarks, belong to us.
6. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from the use of the app.
7. Changes and termination
We may add, change or discontinue features. If these terms change, we will post the new version on this page; continued use means you accept the changes.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence.

본 약관은 힐링 낚시 개발팀(이하 "운영자")이 제공하는 모바일 게임 힐링 낚시(이하 "앱")의 이용 조건을 정합니다. 앱을 설치·이용하면 본 약관에 동의한 것으로 봅니다.
2. 서비스 내용
앱은 힐링 낚시 게임입니다. 게임 진행 데이터는 기기에 저장되며, 앱 삭제나 기기 초기화로 데이터가 사라진 경우 운영자가 복구해 드릴 수 없습니다.
3. 무료 이용과 광고
앱은 무료이며 광고(Google AdMob)를 표시합니다. 광고 내용은 광고 사업자가 제공하며 운영자는 광고 상품·서비스를 보증하지 않습니다. 게임 내 코인·아이템은 현금 가치가 없으며 금전으로 교환할 수 없습니다.
4. 이용자의 의무
이용자는 앱을 변조·역설계하거나 불법적인 목적으로 이용해서는 안 됩니다.
5. 지식재산권
앱과 그 구성 요소(디자인·그림·소리·코드·상표)에 대한 권리는 운영자에게 있습니다.
6. 보증의 부인과 책임 제한
앱은 "있는 그대로" 제공되며, 관련 법령이 허용하는 범위에서 운영자는 앱 이용으로 발생한 간접·부수적 손해에 책임을 지지 않습니다.
7. 변경과 중단
운영자는 기능을 추가·변경하거나 서비스를 중단할 수 있습니다. 약관이 변경되면 이 페이지에 게시하며, 게시 후 계속 이용하면 변경된 약관에 동의한 것으로 봅니다.
8. 준거법
본 약관은 대한민국 법을 따릅니다. 다만 이용자 소재지의 강행 소비자 보호 법규가 우선합니다.
